(A) Effective courses and syllabus which align the CEFR & GSE Levels.

Spero’s selected courses and syllabus are based on the alignment of CEFR which termed as Common European Framework References & GSE known as Global Scale of English Ranges. The courses not only focus on the great Teaching Methodologies which are modern and sophisticated but guide the students with effective Learning Methodologies and resources. The courses value and focus on both subjective and objective purposes which align the students Productive Skills and Receptive Skills with teamwork and raise the team spirit in the lesson. With clear and vivid choices of course and syllabus, Spero aims to provide Quality Education.The CEFR levels and GSE ranges are specified clearly when placing the students with tests before the Entry of their learning process. By evaluating the students’ progress by various tests and the courses ensure the students can produce the language in relevant with their levels. Students’ qualifications are assessed by Experienced English Language Teacher with summative test and ensure the students pass the level. The students, therefore, are certified that they have passed the relevant level and attain the respective skill-sets. The Summative Tests are, hence, aligned with the “CAN DO STATEMENT” of both CEFR and GSE ranges.

(B) Experienced Qualified Trainers, Teachers, Instructors, Assistant Teachers

To ensure the syllabus and courses are delivered to students in providing the Quality Education, experienced Qualified teachers play in a crucial role. Experienced Qualified teacher, before they are assigned in their roles, are assessed through qualification tests. Senior Teachers who ensure to provide the course effectively have at least 4 years of Teaching Experience in their roles. Senior English Teachers who are also termed as Main Teachers are qualified not only in the Teaching Experience but they are holding strong Bachelor of Education and accredited CPD certificates such as TKT (Core Modules), TESOL, TEFEL, CELTA or DELTA. Experienced Qualified Teachers play in an essential role as teaching students, guiding them to achieve their respective SMART goals. They also train the Junior English Teachers to be on the right path of Teaching English effectively. Teachers at Spero help the growth of both students and themselves as well as for their team development. The teachers also prioritize on the CPD which is Continuous Professional Development and Continuous Personal Development.

(C) Administrative Department which support both internals and externals.

In order to provide the effective Quality Education, the Administrative Department involves in the vital role. The Administrative Teams are formed with Care, Kindness, Patience, Love, Empathy, Emotional Intelligence when serving the internals (teams and departments) and externals (students, guardians & parents). The senior members of Administrative Team are assigned through their Growth Mindset. They are qualified in consulting the students efficiently with care, holding a Bachelor Degree and professional certificates such as Communicative Skills training & Emotional Intelligence Courses. The Junior members of Administrative Team are trained with Training Programs in the department. They are trained effectively in order to ensure their roles and responsibility align with their Growth Mindset.The Administrative department ensures the seamless and smooth Education Experience for students when taking courses. The Department also handles the consultation, sales and services matters. The team supports the Managerial matters in relation with the Manager Office and Head Office.

In collaboration with the Recognized Universities & institutions, Spero’s vision aims to provide programs such as Bachelor of English (B.A (English)) and Diploma of English such as (Diploma of English Proficiency).
